DEFERRY®'s metallic catalyst is using 0.05mm or thinner steel foil in the series of products, this leads to a further reduction in the exhaust gas counter pressure which improves the engine performance and decrease the fuel consumption.

Current product offer covers from 1.0" to 20" in diameter as a single catalyst for 3-way, DOC and other industrial applications, which would be perfect solution for gasoline or diesel engines displacement from 0.1 to 35 liters,the diameter and height can be designed according to customer requirements. As for the structure of core we have "Concentric circle " type & "S" type.

The catalyst with metal-based monolith substrate offers many advantages in comparison with a ceramic one, for instance:

3).Less back pressure;

4).Larger effective area;

5).Greater catalytic capacity;

6).Smaller and more flexible design;

7).Thinner walls;
