China's ministry of environmental protection : Emissions of motor vehicles in 2015 fell by 0.3%.

Atmospheric environment, the environmental protection department Liu Bingjiang recently reported to the media, the ministry of environmental protection released "2016 China's motor vehicle environment management report" (hereinafter referred to as the "report"), published in 2015, the national motor vehicle environmental management.Annual report shows that our country has seven consecutive years to become the world's motor vehicle production and sales for the first big country, motor vehicle pollution has become an important source of air pollution in our country, is the important cause of the haze, photochemical smog pollution, pollution prevention and control of the growing urgency of motor vehicles.

With the rapid increase of vehicle ownership, some urban air in China has begun to show the characteristics of coal smoke and vehicle exhaust compound pollution, which directly affects the public health. The results of the analysis of the sources of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in nine cities, including Beijing, tianjin and Shanghai,
show that the contribution of mobile sources to the concentration of fine particles in the local emission sources ranges from 15% to 52.1%.

In 2015, the preliminary accounting for 45.322 million tons of motor vehicle emissions, than the 0.3% cut in 2014, the nitrogen oxide (NOx) 5.849 million tons, 4.302 million tons of hydrocarbons (HC), 34.611 million tons of carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter (PM) of 560000 tons.

Automobile is the major contributor to the total emission of motor vehicle pollutants. The emission of NOx and PM is over 90%, and HC and CO exceed 80%.
According to the classification of vehicles, NOx and PM are significantly higher than passenger cars, and heavy goods vehicles are the main contributors.
Passenger car CO and HC emissions are significantly higher than that of lorries.

According to the classification of fuel, NOx emissions from diesel vehicles nationwide are close to 70% of the total emission of vehicles, and the PM exceeds 90%.Gasoline car CO and HC emissions are higher, with CO exceeding 80% of vehicle emissions and HC over 70%.

According to the classification of emission standards, the national I former standard car, which accounts for 1.6% of the car ownership, accounts for more than 30.0% of the total emission of the four major pollutants.

The country, which accounts for 83.5% of the total, emits about 35.2 percent of the total vehicle emissions. In 2015, the number of motor vehicles in China increased by 5.8% compared with 2014, but pollutant emissions were reduced by 0.3%.

In 2015, the government work report made it clear that: to control motor vehicle exhaust, improve the standard and quality of oil products, and to provide gasoline and diesel fuel for the five standard vehicles in key cities of key regions,The yellow standard vehicles registered before the end of 2005 will be phased out.
